About Renee Helten
Renee has been a licensed Broker for more than 29 years. She recently moved from Denver where she served the 11 county metro area for 25 of those years. She also ran, owned and taught in HIRED Real Estate Schools (Helten Institute of Real Estate Development) In 2020 she and her husband realized a life long dream to move to the Big Island of Hawaii (why not?) There she and her husband serve at the largest YWAM (Youth With A Mission)base/campus. When they are not volunteering on base, you can find them in their teal Jeep Rubicon (Merze) Renee loves all things real estate from the initial stages of educating clients (buyers/sellers/investors) on the market of the moment, to the thrill of getting the contract accepted and all the MANY details that it takes to get the transaction to closing! Renee finds that her clients become friends and referral sources as she is an educator by default her clients know ALL the options that could be presented and the real estate transaction although sometimes difficult is one that is successful because Renee aims to create an environment of the least amount of stress with the most amount of money in your pocket in the least amount of time!
